Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
At CaLeaf, we stand behind our products. Crafted using only the finest ingredients, we guarantee you will feel the difference. If our products do not suit you, contact us within 30 days of receiving your product shipment. We’ll email you a label to print out, place on your package, and ship back at no cost to you. Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be issued and an auto email will notify you of that transaction.
If you purchased our product through a CaLeaf distributor or retailer, go to the original purchase location for any return or exchange.
